Depersonalisation, 2017

Chalk pastel on aper

84.1 x 118.9cm

As the title implies, Depersonalisation channels a sense of disconnect from one’s physical and mental state of being. Some portraits depicted are hazy and faint, while others have glimpses of focus capturing this state of flux. The softness in hue, tone and medium further enhances such instability and lack of self actualisation.
